Mukthar drives product and AI at Calvio. He architected the voice intelligence engine that handles thousands of post-service calls — detecting frustration in real time, collecting NPS, and alerting teams before a bad review ever gets written.

His obsession is building AI that feels genuinely human — conversations that customers engage with honestly because the AI listens, adapts, and actually cares.
